Chairman
Mr. Kehinde Sogunle, FCA
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and a former Commissioner for Finance in Ogun State. He is also an economist, a development professional with vast knowledge on sustainable models for wealth creation. He is the Chief Solution Architect of LEADS Resources, a consultancy outfit with expertise in business development, audit and finance related matters. He left Phillips Consulting Limited as an Associate Director.
Chief Executive Officer
Kayode Irenikase, (FCIB)
Kayode holds Bachelor and Master Degree in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt and University of Ibadan respectively. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is multi-skilled with over two decades experience in retail banking, customer relations, brand activation, credit appraisal, credit management, product development, lecturing, research, business development, business management, business consulting, investment management and management training. He is passionately committed to seeing the stronghold of poverty broken over the poor and seeks to serve as a catalyst for many to attain financial freedom through prudent financial management, financial education and strategic investment.

Mrs Ifeoluwa Omowunmi Komolafe
Ifewunmi is an astute human resources and management professional with deep numerical and analytical skill. She is vast in business and financial management with special interest in portfolio management. She oversees the day to day running of the business. She has about eight years cognate experience that cut across finance, personnel management, banking, business management and organizational management.
